After merging with Synatix, Vienatix has expanded its global reach. With a portfolio of 25+ software products, mainly Chrome extensions, and a proprietary BI solution, we excel in traffic monetization.
We’re now looking for a talented Business Development Manager, who is going to lead growth initiatives. Join us to be part of a dynamic, international team transforming affiliate marketing.
Your tasks
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our growth. Your mission: identify and acquire high-potential digital assets. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our user base by targeting software products, applications, websites, and Chrome extensions that can drive significant user traffic. You'll dive deep into research, crunch numbers, and strike deals that turn potential into profit. From initial outreach to final handshake, you’ll own the entire acquisition journey and play a crucial role in our success story.
- Acquisition of software products, applications, websites, and Chrome extensions to boost user traffic
- Conducting thorough research to identify promising acquisition targets and reach out to their owners through various communication channels.
- Utilisation of our monetization data to evaluate the value and investment potential of assets across different countries.
- Presentation of evaluated assets to our investment committee for approval and decision-making.
- Negotiation of acquisition terms with asset owners, handling the process from contract creation through due diligence to the final purchase.
- Working closely with developers (asset owners), stakeholders, and investors to ensure a smooth acquisition process.
Your profile
- Proven experience in business development, acquisitions, or a related field
- Strong ability to identify and contact potential acquisition targets
- Excellent analytical capabilities to evaluate asset value using monetization data
- Effective communication for presenting evaluations and negotiating with asset owners
- Ability to manage the entire acquisition process, including contract creation and due diligence
- Proficiency in communicating with developers, stakeholders, and investors
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple acquisition projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of software products, applications, websites, and Chrome extensions is a plus
- Strong negotiation abilities to successfully close deals
- Strong written and spoken English skills, with optional proficiency in German
