Project Manager Software Development (all genders)

• Coordination of software development projects with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
• Reviewing the fulfillment of project requirements
• Creation of product roadmaps, user stories, wireframes and product documentation
• Conducting system tests to ensure the product efficiency and quality
• Managing a wide range of projects, including web based, end-user software and landing page optimization
• Designing, conducting, and evaluation of A/B tests
• Developing website content in collaboration with design and content teams
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the project management process

• Proven track record as a project manager (all genders) in software or web development
• First experience in project coordination and working with interdisciplinary and multilingual teams
• Several years of relevant professional experience in project management as well as good  working knowledge of common project management methods, such as Scrum
• Comprehensive understanding of different types of projects from web platforms to end-user software and landing page optimisation
• Proactive, high attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Goal-oriented, independent and structured work approach as well as very good organisational skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written German and English

• Hybrid working week (mobile working on up to 3 days) at one of our locations in Hameln, Dresden, Hamburg or Berlin
