Teamlead Full Stack Developer (m/f/x)

Your tasks

Technical leadership of a development team at our location in Mallorca as well as collaboration and implementation of exciting agile development projects with different industry focus (e.g. FinTech, AdTech, PropTech, Recruiting) within our own group of companies
Enhancing team member's professional and technical competence through knowledge transfer and mentoring
Developing highly available, scalable, and secure backend services using miroservices (Node.js) for a web application
Utilizing a range of frameworks and technologies to create and integrate essential software components based on modern architectural concepts, including CQRS and event sourcing
Enhancing and streamlining the existing and self-developed services by extending and refactoring
Interest in frontend development activities related to backend development

Your profile

Completed IT specialist training in application development (m/f/d), or similar qualifications in computer science or related fields
Experience in a leadership role or a keen interest in developing leadership skills
Solid knowledge and enthusiasm for backend development, as well as interest in frontend development
Posessing extensive knowledge of Node.js
Ideally having experience in CQRS and event sourcing
Experience working with container applications (Docker) and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience of the Scrum methodology
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate within an agile team environment
Independent, structured, and proactive work approach
Strong written and spoken English skills, with optional proficiency in German or Spanish
